Commemorative Poster Sales
This print of a
"Travel in Time" of downtown Northville was created in 2005 by
Northville's own Caroline Dunphy in commemoration of Northville's
50th Anniversary of becoming a city. In 1955, the citizens of
Northville voted to change their form of government from a village
to a city. The last 50 years have seen an evolution of the
City's downtown as depicted in Ms. Dunphy's rendition.
Caroline has lived in Northville for over 30 years and is
renowned for her paintings of people, landscapes, and street scenes
that lift the human spirit and reflect the beauty that is all around
us. She has exhibited in many juried art shows and has won
ribbons for excellence.
Posters may be purchased at Arts Commission sponsored events or
by contacting Ken Naigus by
clicking here.
Posters may be signed by the artist at Caroline Dunphy’s studio at
Painter’s Place. Painter’s Place is located at 140 N. Center
downtown Northville and is open Tuesday-Thursday 12:00 pm – 4:00 pm
or by appointment.
