Allen Terrace Overview

Located at the top of High Street, near downtown Northville, Allen Terrace offers a beautiful apartment community for active, independent senior citizens, 55 years and older.

Allen Terrace featured amenities include:

• affordable rent including heat, electricity, & water;
• 24-hour emergency maintenance service;
• controlled entry, with closed circuit viewing;
• full kitchen with electric range and side-by-side refrigerator;
• carpeted living room, dining room and bedroom
• patio or balcony;
• large walk-in storage closet;
• central air conditioning;
• cable television access;
• computer lab with high speed internet
• weekday lunch program offered by Wayne County Nutrition Services;
• library;
• full coin-operated laundry;
• exercise area
• billiard table
• large activity room with monthly activities;
• Northville Senior Transportation Program;

• Free Wi-Fi internet access
• no smoking building+
   *While Allen Terrace is a non-smoking facility, there are approximately four (4) residents who are still permitted to smoke, only in their specific apartment, due to the fact that these residents signed their leases before Allen Terrace became a non-smoking facility.

Allen Terrace has 98 one-bedroom apartments and 2 two-bedroom apartments. Please check the current Fee Schedule for rental rates.  Allen Terrace has no income requirements.

Allen Terrace accepts applications from all interested persons. Preference is given to City of Northville residents, Northville Township residents, their parents and grandparents.
