Rental Contract
Please call the office to secure your date.

$200 security deposit, due two weeks from booking (returned following event)
$175 rental, due two months prior to event date
$50 for each additional hour
$25 for the attendant if the fireplace is used

Three hours for your event, which includes time needed for setting up chairs or tables and clean up. Heated and air conditioned.

Note cards picturing the village buildings may be purchased for invitations or thank you notes.

Cady Inn

  • Capacity is 60 for a sit-down meal, 100 for an hors d'oeuvre event.
  • Kitchen with microwaves, sinks, refrigerator.
  • Two restrooms on main floor.

Halloween Trick-or-Treating Hours and Street Closures
On Sunday, October 31, 2010 (Halloween night), several streets will be closed to vehicle traffic from 5:30pm - 8:30pm. (Trick or treat hours are from 6:00pm to 8:00pm.)

Oakland Livingston Human Service Agency's (OLHSA) Weatherization Program
This is a program that allows income eligible residents of Oakland and Livingston County to have energy saving measures done to their home. All of the services are completely free and help residents save money on their utility bills.
