Election
Commission
The Election Commission was
created by the City Charter. Its members include the City Clerk, the
City Attorney, and one member of the Council who shall not be a
candidate for elective office at the election for which he is
serving on the commission. This member is appointed by the City
Council not less than 15 days before each election. The Commission
is responsible for all activities and duties required by statute and
the charter relating to the conduct of elections in the City. For
